The Welcome to Cape Cod Beach Bucket business provides paid employment for people with disabilities on Cape Cod. This business was developed by Cape Abilities, a non-profit organization.

The beach bucket is a free gift to summer renters on Cape Cod. Sponsors provide product samples, snacks, maps, restaurant guides and other information for the beach bucket.

Janina Aubrey recently received the prestigious Governor's Hospitality Award from Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick for her work on Welcome to Cape Cod Beach Buckets. She is the first person with a disability to receive this award.
